RETURN POLICY

At TStarJewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned or exchanged, and we're here to help make that process as easy as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Certain items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days after purchase. Please send an email to tstarjewelry@gmail.com to contact us before returning. We will provide you with the necessary return steps and return address.

Please note that for safety and sanitation reasons, body jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN LABEL FEE AND SHIPPING CHARGES
The return label fee is borne by the buyer. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Special offers items cannot be returned.

PROCESSING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please allow us 3 business days at the latest to process your return. Broken items cannot be returned. We support exchanges for brand new, undamaged items only. Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt of the returned item.
